Bluebanded goby (Lythrypnus dalli). This goby is a simultaneous hermaphrodite that lives in small haremic groups consisting of several females and one male. Breeding season runs from early through September. Demersal eggs are normally attached to the roof of the nest, defended by the male. Very common.
